There are a varied number of meetings across Scotland. Below are the times and places of these meetings. A Gam-Anon meeting is separate from a GA meeting. You will not be with your spouse, son, daughter, friend or whomever the gambler is.

Please do not feel intimidated when coming to your first meeting. You will be greeted with smiles and a helping hand to show you where you need to be.

The meetings allow you to talk to people who have been or are in your position. They will offer support, help, advice and confidentiality. What is said within the meeting stays within the meeting. If you are not too sure what to do then phone the helpline and they will put you in contact with someone.
